Custom software and AI, built for your business.

Now taking on a limited number of founding clients.

Services

What we build

From a full platform to a single automation, we build what your business needs. Each project starts with one problem that costs you time or money, and we scope the work around it.

  • Web apps and platforms

Marketplaces, customer portals, booking systems, and the other software your business runs on, designed and built around how you work.

  • Websites that convert

Clear, fast websites that explain what you do and make it easy for visitors to call, book, or buy.

  • AI assistants on your own data

A chat assistant for your customers or staff that answers from your own information first: products, policies, specs, and records. It stays inside guardrails, shows clear disclaimers, and runs under usage caps so costs stay predictable.

  • Automations and integrations

Connect the tools you already use so information moves between them without retyping, and routine steps run on their own with a person reviewing what matters.

  • Dashboards and plain-English reporting

Upload a sales export and ask questions in plain English, like “What was our best-selling product last quarter?” You get answers with charts, a quick summary of totals and top sellers, and a suggested action plan.

  • Internal tools for your team

Tools for support, hiring, and operations: a support agent that answers from your own documents and hands off to a person when unsure, hiring help from job post to candidate emails, and paperwork processing that pulls out key fields and flags what is missing.

Don't see it here? Ask. Every project is custom and scoped to your business.

Featured work

Aquacellum: an AI-powered marketplace for the aquarium hobby

We designed and built Aquacellum for Steve, a rice fish breeder in New Jersey. It brings species research, a breeder marketplace, and an AI care guide together in one place.

Client
Steve, rice fish breeder
Location
New Jersey
Status
Live in production, version 5

What we built

  • Species database

A searchable database of 508 freshwater and saltwater species, with care ranges and tank sizes.

  • Marketplace

Breeder storefronts, orders, and live auctions, including club auction nights.

  • Ask Echo, the AI guide

Powered by an engine called Poseidon, Echo answers from Aquacellum's own species data (temperature, pH, size, temperament) before general knowledge. It checks whether fish can live together and shows the numbers on a card, and it takes voice input.

    Guardrails

    • No medical diagnoses
    • Clear disclaimers
    • An hourly usage cap to control costs
  • Community

The Reef, clubs, and a leaderboard.

  • Installable app

Works offline, for tank logs at home and at shows.

  • Developer API

    A developer API.

Results

Live in production on version 5, refined over five releases with the client's feedback. Breeder storefronts are actively listing and selling.

Demos

More we've built

A few examples of what we've built. Every client project is custom. These demos run on sample data and are not public, so we walk through them with you live on a call.

  • Laptop on a desk showing a profit dashboard with a revenue chart

    InsightFlow

    Ask your sales data questions

Upload a sales spreadsheet and ask about it in plain English. It answers with charts, sums up totals and top products, and drafts an action plan. The sample data is a fictional three-location coffee shop.

  • Phone on a kitchen counter showing an assistant chat conversation

    SupportForge

Support answers from your own documents

A support agent that answers from a business's own policies and product manuals. Each reply shows its confidence, and questions it cannot answer well are handed to a person with a summary.

  • Laptop in an office showing a grid of candidate profiles

    TalentFlow

Hiring help, from job post to reply

Turns rough notes into a job post with screening questions, scores PDF resumes against the role with strengths and red flags, and drafts thank-you, offer, and decline emails. The current version is set up for golf course hiring.

  • Stack of invoices being scanned into an accounting dashboard on a tablet

    ProcessPilot

    Paperwork in, clean data out

Reads invoices, receipts, and onboarding forms, pulls out the key fields with a confidence score for each, and flags problems like a missing signature. Each document then moves through review to a suggested next step, such as an email draft.

  • Tablet on a cafe table showing a new meeting booked notification

    PersonaForge

    Customer personas and campaigns

Groups a customer list into four to six personas with pain points, buying triggers, and preferred channels, then drafts email, social, and SMS campaigns for each. The sample data is a skincare customer list.

Process

How it works

  1. Free discovery call

    20-30 min

We learn how your business runs and what you need built, and tell you plainly what we would build first and whether it is worth doing.

  2. Founding-client pilot

    Fixed scope, 2-4 weeks

We build a focused first project, or the first phase of a bigger one, at a reduced founding-client rate in exchange for a case study.

  3. Launch

    Go live

We put it in front of your team or customers, show everyone how to use it, and fix what comes up in the first weeks.

  4. Monthly support and improvements

    Ongoing

We keep it running, keep costs in check, and improve it as your business changes.

Founding-client spots are limited. Every pilot or first phase is fixed-scope, so you know what you are getting before we start.
